Petravia is a red of great concentration
In the soils of Masseria Altemura, Aglianico, one of the noblest vines in southern Italy, finds the 'living rock' - 'pietra viva' - that it needs to express all its extraordinary potential and aromatic complexity. Petravia is a highly-concentrated red with prominent tannins that can successfully evolve from the greater roundedness and the exuberance of its youth to elegance in its mature years.

Enhancement of the Made in Italy ethos, loving care of the terroir and passion for local winemaking traditions.

As a steward of ancient know-how that has been handed down and enriched over time, the ZONIN1821 group considers wine as the fruit of a particular terroir that is different from many others, and therefore unique in its kind, to be preserved for future generations.

For this very reason, it is important for us to promote a culture of “drinking responsibly”, via moderation and awareness, so as to recognize the value of the ancient knowledge that has been handed down over generations and that makes our wine incomparable. Drinking responsibly is an act of ethical consideration for oneself and for others.
