Excellent with traditional Tuscan cuisine
As a young man it is great with tasty dishes, especially with the traditional specialties of Tuscan cuisine. After 3 or 4 years we recommend it with game, stewed meats and spicy and aged cheeses. The aroma is fine, with hints of cherry, berries, violet and spicy notes. The taste is dry and fresh, full-bodied and pleasant tannins.
